6 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton's (wrist) MRI exam showed no significant damage to his left wrist, only inflammation, according to manager Paul Molitor. Buxton remains a disappointment both on the field and in the injury department after aggravating his wrist injury in the minors over the weekend. He was hitting just .156 with no home runs, four RBI and five steals in 90 at-bats before he was sent down. It doesn't look like Buxton is close to being back in the majors anytime soon, but if he does get a shot at some point, don't rule him out in deeper leagues due to his speed and defensive prowess.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
