Zach Neto Hits First Career Home Run Tuesday
2 years agoLos Angeles Angels shortstop Zach Neto made his only hit count in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Astros. The 22-year-old went 1-for-3 with a solo home run off of Framber Valdez and a strikeout. It was the prospect's first long ball of his big-league career. While a good deal of fantasy hype surrounded Neto upon his call-up, he has slashed a mediocre .244/.330/.333 with eight RBI and a stolen base in 88 plate appearances. Hopefully, this can help him get things going. Neto is still obviously a fantasy asset in dynasty leagues, but it may be difficult to keep rostering him in re-draft leagues if he cannot provide more counting stats.
