6 years agoDetroit Lions defensive end Ezekiel Ansah was not practicing Thursday, per Lions beat writer Dave Birkett. With questions marks and holes all over the place already, losing Ansah for Sunday's matchup against San Francisco would be a devastating blow to a defense that was just embarrassed in their home opener in Week 1. On the flip side, it would be music to the ears for the owners of any 49ers skill position players. With or without Ansah, Niners quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and company couldn't be in a better position against this motley crue as they look to avoid an 0-2 start to the season in their home opener. For DFS purposes, the Niners make for a very affordable, sneaky stack in Week 2.--BobbyJA
