Philadelphia Eagles tight end Zach Ertz is a top-tier fantasy option in a Week 4 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. With Dallas Goedert (ankle) out and not much else in terms of tight end depth, Ertz will be an every-down player and will likely run a route on almost every play. Ertz could see upwards of 10 targets per game while Goedert is out, but the Eagles offense is hard to trust this season. Still, Ertz is an easy TE1 with top-three upside.--David A Marcillo
