Zac Gallen Removed Early From Saturday's Start
3 months agoArizona Diamondbacks starting pitcher Zac Gallen (cramps) was removed early from Saturday's start due to general body cramps. Jesse Friedman reports that Gallen is not expected to miss any time. The right-hander logged four 1/3 innings before exiting but fantasy managers should not need to worry as Gallen should be in line to make his next start against the Tampa Bay Rays. The 29-year-old has struggled at times this season by serving up at least four earned runs three times in his past seven starts. Overall, through 105 frames of work, Gallen sits with a 3.69 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, and a 35:99 BB:K ratio. Gallen should remain in all fantasy lineups and will be a popular play in DFS in his next start against the Rays.
