Yusei Kikuchi Notches Second Career Win
Seattle Mariners starter Yusei Kikuchi had an excellent outing Wednesday night at Yankee Stadium. He held the Bronx Bombers to just one run on three hits and a walk after he struck out a trio over 7 2/3 strong innings. The left-hander carried an unimpressive 4.68 ERA over his first six starts but has since lowered it down to 3.54 in back-to-back stellar outings. The strikeouts haven't been as abundant with Kikuchi, but he remains a fantasy asset with his play improving. Look for Kikuchi to ride his momentum in his next start at home versus the Athletics.
