6 years agoCleveland Indians catcher Yan Gomes (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds. Roberto Perez will be behind the plate and bat eighth against righty Sal Romano. Gomes has been hitting better lately and is worth a look in fantasy leagues if you're in desperate need of help at catcher. Gomes struggles against right-handed pitching, but is usually a reliable option against most lefty pitchers.
