Xavier Isaac Riding Nine-Game Hitting Streak
5 months agoTampa Bay Rays first base prospect Xavier Isaac is riding an impressive nine-game hitting streak. During this stretch, the 20-year-old has posted a .421/.500/.763 slash line with three long balls, 10 RBI, and four stolen bases. Isaac got off to a slow start in April with a .221 AVG but has since put those struggles behind him. Since May 1, the former 29th overall pick in the 2022 MLB Draft has posted a stellar .353/.439/.689 line with nine long balls, 32 RBI, and nine swiped bags. Isaac has now logged 63 games at the High-A level since last season and is approaching his promotion to Double-A. Isaac is considered the number three overall first base prospect in baseball on MLB Pipeline and should already be rostered in most dynasty formats.
