Minnesota Vikings tight end Irv Smith Jr. is already turning heads and gaining fantasy buzz with training camp right around the corner. The 22-year-old finished last season with only 30 receptions for 365 yards but caught five touchdowns. He also impressed down the stretch, averaging 3.75 catches for 45.75 yards with three touchdowns over his final four games. The Vikings coaching staff has raved about his offseason and believe Smith will play a bigger factor into their offense in 2021. It is too early to jump to conclusions but fantasy teams would be wise to monitor Smith's development throughout August.--Joey C - RotoBaller
