Wil Myers Collects Third Spring Homer
5 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Wil Myers continued his hot hitting on Tuesday, going 1-for-3 with a walk and a home run, his third in six spring games. Myers is now slashing .313/.389/.875 and could be establishing himself as the Padres' full-time right fielder after a disappointing 2019. The 29-year old had his worst season in the majors last year, hitting just .239 with 18 home runs in 155 games. If Myers can stay healthy and regain his form from before his injury-plagued 2018 season, he could be a nice power-speed find for owners at the end of the draft. His current ADP sits at 253.
