7 years agoDallas Mavericks guard/forward Wesley Matthews (hip) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game against the Denver Nuggets. This will be the second game in a row that Matthews has missed. It is not surprising the Mavs are being cautious with Matthews since they're in tank mode. They have no reason to rush him back to the court and likely won't let him back until he's 100 percent. Doug McDermott scored 10 points and logged a team-high 34 minutes off the bench on Sunday. He will likely benefit the most without Matthews in the rotation.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
