Wade Miley Solid Friday in NLCS Game 6
6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Wade Miley came back from his notable one-batter start Wednesday to help keep the team alive in the playoffs Friday. He would only last 4 1/3 innings but he bounced back from allowing a lead-off homer to start the game to hold the Dodgers to just two runs. While Miley was keeping the Dodgers at bay, the offense broke out for five runs in the first two innings. After the offense built up a lead and Miley did his job, Milwaukee's bullpen took care of the rest to tie the series at 3 games apiece.
