Wade LeBlanc Does OK In His First Cardinals Start
St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Wade LeBlanc was decent in his first start for the Cardinals on Monday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. LeBlanc had previously made a start for the Orioles this season, but had spent most of his time in the bullpen. With the Cardinals desperate for pitching, LeBlanc took a turn in the rotation and provided 4 1/3 innings, allowing one run on four hits and a walk while striking out two. He'd actually made it through four scoreless innings before allowing a solo home run in the fifth. With the lack of other options in the Cardinals rotation, LeBlanc is likely to get another turn in five days. He's not a recommended fantasy option, however.
