Victor Wembanyama Ruled Out On Saturday Night
16 seconds agoSan Antonio Spurs forward Victor Wembanyama (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday night's game against the Dallas Mavericks. Wembanyama is dealing with a right knee contusion and will be resting on the second night of a back-to-back for San Antonio. Wembanyama has yet to miss a game this season, averaging 22.7 PPG, 10.5 RPG and 3.7 blocks per game. His presence will certainly be missed by the Spurs on both ends of the court. Zach Collins will be getting the start in Wemby's place. Collins is averaging 5.6 PPG and 3.3 RPG this season. Collins did get 29 starts last season for San Antonio and averaged 14.8 PPG and 5.9 RPG as a starter. Fantasy managers should get Collins into their starting lineup while expecting marginal production. DFS managers willing to take a flyer on a cheap option may want to look at adding Collins and hoping for a big game.
