5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers tight end Vance McDonald (shoulder) did not practice on Thursday. Also sitting out was cornerback Joe Haden (shoulder). McDonald is suffering from an AC sprain, but the Steelers are optimistic his injury isn't a long-term concern. It doesn't mean he won't miss this Monday's tilt with the Bengals, however. He'll likely be questionable and could be a game-time decision, meaning it's hard to rely on him as a low-end TE1 this week in fantasy. Nick Vannett, who was acquired in a trade from Seattle earlier this week, would be the primary tight end if McDonald sits out, but he's mostly a blocker and not much of a pass-catcher.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
