Tyson Bagent Has First Career Touchdown In Preseason Loss
1 year agoChicago Bears quarterback Tyson Bagent played behind only P.J. Walker in Saturday's preseason loss to the Colts with Justin Fields sitting out, and he did not disappoint. He played just two drives and went 9-for-10 for 76 passing yards. The 23-year-old also had a very impressive touchdown on the ground, where he dove and got into the end zone. Bagent played ahead of Nathan Peterman after playing behind him in the team's preseason opener. The undrafted rookie quarterback has now looked solid in two straight preseason games and will continue trying to push Peterman and Walker for the backup quarterback spot behind Fields.
