Tyrone Taylor Hits A Solo Home Run In Loss
3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Tyrone Taylor went 1-for-1 with a two-run home run Saturday against the Reds. Taylor entered the game in the top of the seventh as a replacement for Christian Yelich (ejection) and made his presence felt on his lone at-bat, hitting his seventh homer of the campaign and tying the score at 3-3. That homer snapped a four-game hitless streak for Taylor, as well as ending a drought of 20 games without a homer. Without an active path to regular playing time, Taylor is likely best kept on the waiver wire for now.
