Tyron Smith Not Expected To Play Against Redskins
5 years agoDallas Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith (back), who missed three days of practice with a back injury this week, is not expected to play in Week 17's must-win game against the Redskins, according to sources. Smith will test his back in pre-game warmups. Smith's absence wouldn't be a death sentence against Washington, but it'd certainly be bad news for Dallas' offensive line and quarterback Dak Prescott this Sunday in a game they must have to keep their playoff chances alive. On top of it, Prescott's shoulder isn't 100 percent. Regardless, he'll be a QB1 in this matchup with all of Washington's secondary out due to injury.
