Tyrell Williams Now Raiders De Facto WR1
With the loss of Antonio Brown to the Oakland Raiders offense, wide receiver Tyrell Williams will now step into the vacant WR1 role. He profiles better as a complementary player, but he is now the team's top option at wideout with J.J. Nelson moving up the depth chart to the WR2 role. Williams' value takes a hit now that opposing defenses won't have to worry about covering an All-Pro receiver on the other side of the field. There are still enough weapons to help draw coverage away from Williams, but the threat of AB would have opened up a lot more one-on-one battles. The 28-year-old isn't a recommended play in the Raiders Monday night tilt versus the Broncos, and he remains a WR4/5 for the rest of the campaign.
