Tylor Megill Optioned To Triple-A Syracuse
1 year agoThe New York Mets optioned right-hander Tylor Megill to Triple-A Syracuse on Thursday. The 27-year-old struggled in June, posting a 6.75 ERA, 1.90 WHIP, and 15:12 K: BB across 17 1/3 innings over his previous four starts in June. He was scheduled to face the Brewers on Tuesday, but the Mets have yet to announce his replacement in the rotation. Megill owned a (6-4) record with a 5.17 ERA, 1.67 WHIP, and a 58:39 K: BB across 71 1/3 innings. Fantasy managers can move on Megill in most league formats while the right-hander looks to get back on track in Triple-A.
