4 years agoMontreal Canadiens forward Tyler Toffoli buried a pair of goals and added a primary assist as his team ran over the Vancouver Canucks 5-3 on Tuesday night. The 28-year-old, who played 10 regular season games with the Canucks last season, has now victimized his former team with eight goals in just five contests. Leading the NHL in goals with nine, Toffoli now checks in with 13 points, a plus-eight rating and 36 shots through 10 games with his new team. It's far too late to scoop Toffoli off waivers in most fantasy leagues (89% owned), but it wouldn't hurt to toss out a trade offer to the high-performing winger while he remains one of the hottest scorers in the NHL.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
