Tyler Reddick Pushes Hard To Start Fourth Sunday
2 years agoTyler Reddick and his No. 8 Chevy knows he needs to press a bit. Reddick knows what is at stake and will start fourth at Texas on Sunday. He was just 0.091 seconds off the qualifying run of Brad Keselowski. The Richard Childress Racing driver found speed in the early sectors but lost a bit in turns 3 and 4. That has been a bit of a recurring pattern with his Chevy. Though he has only led 0.5% of the laps in his three races at Texas, Reddick does have an average finish of 8.7. That is third-best among active drivers. The belief is younger drivers like him and Christopher Bell are learning the track fast and can stay up front longer .
