Tyler O'Neill Gets Five At-Bats on Wednesday
5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Tyler O'Neill played all of Wednesday's split-squad Grapefruit League game against the Miami Marlins, going 1-for-5 with a single and two strikeouts. O'Neill should have one of the starting spots in the Cardinals outfield and while the power potential is real with him, there remains a lot of swing-and-miss in his bat. He held his own in 60 big league games last season, slashing .262/.311/.411, but he could use some more patience at the plate. Still, his potential makes him a target in most mixed leagues.
