6 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Tyler Glasnow continued his strong work for the team Sunday versus the Blue Jays. He went five innings allowing one run while striking out six. Glasnow has increased the length of his outing each time with the Rays, from three to four to Sunday's five innings. He has held each opponent to a single run while totaling 20 strikeouts over the 12 innings. Glasnow spent most of the season as a reliever for Pittsburgh so the Rays are taking it slow on building him back up to pitching longer outings. He is an extremely talented pitcher so he could have some value down the stretch in deep leagues or AL-only. The trade to the Rays increased his value in dynasty leagues slightly.--Jamie Mellor
