Winnipeg Jets forward Kyle Connor tied for a team-high four shots on goal Friday night, but it was his passing skills that made the difference, as he recorded two assists in the 3-2 victory. Connor now has eight points on the season and four points in his last four games, but the most encouraging part was that he was still able to generate his typical shot volume on a night where the Jets struggled to do so as a team. The Jets only put 19 shots on net, including four on the power play, which is the fewest shots the Jets have recorded in a game over the last two years. For his part, Connor now has the third most total shots in the league and has shown that he can be productive even when the rest of the offense struggles. This should give fantasy owners a bit more confidence in Connor despite his surprisingly low 6.9 percent shooting percentage to start this season.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller

Winnipeg Jets left wing Kyle Connor scored twice during their 4-0 victory over the Dallas Stars on Thursday evening. Connor did all of his damage in the final frame. He scored both goals during 5-on-5 play. This was a critical victory for the Jets as they look to clinch the top spot in the Central Division. These two goals put him at the 40-goal mark for just the second time in his career. The other time he achieved this was in 2021 when he scored a career-high 47 goals. Over his last seven contests, Connor has tallied eight points, with three of them being goals. Through 79 total games this season, the 28-year-old has found the back of the net 40 times and added 54 helpers. He remains a must-start option and a top play in DFS tomorrow, facing the Chicago Blackhawks.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Winnipeg Jets left wing Kyle Connor (personal) is expected to remain in the lineup on Friday against the New Jersey Devils. He skipped practice on Thursday, creating uncertainty about his status. However, Jets head coach Scott Arniel told reporters that Connor missed practice because his wife had a baby on Wednesday. The Jets winger should be good to go for Friday's tilt and will look to end a mini scoring slump. Connor has not registered any points in back-to-back games. It has been a small blip during an otherwise highly successful campaign, as Connor has amassed 37 goals and 86 points in 72 games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Winnipeg Jets left wing Kyle Connor tallied two points during their 4-1 victory over the Ottawa Senators on Wednesday evening. Connor found the back of the net for the 31st time this season in the second period. He beat Ottawa netminder Linus Ullmark on a wrist shot. Then, later in the final frame, Connor would add the primary helper on Mark Scheifele's empty-netter. He also logged two shots on goal with one hit and a +2 rating during this game. This outing also extended his point streak to four games. During this stretch, he has tallied six points (five helpers) with a +5 rating. Over his last nine games, the 28-year-old has found the back of the net five times and added eight helpers. Connor remains a must-start player in all formats and will look to stay hot on Thursday evening against the Nashville Predators.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Winnipeg Jets left wing Kyle Connor will miss Thursday's 4 Nations Face-Off finale against Canada as a healthy scratch. Connor exits the Team USA lineup after struggling to make an impact in the first three games. He tallied one assist with one shot on goal. Chris Kreider of the New York Rangers will play instead of Connor on the fourth line with fellow Ranger Vincent Trocheck and New York Islanders forward Brock Nelson.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
