5 years agoThe Minnesota Twins are showing interest in free-agent starting pitcher Dallas Keuchel and closer Craig Kimbrel. Both Keuchel and Kimbrel should sign relatively soon now that neither player will require draft-pick compensation for a team to sign them. Keuchel isn't much of a strikeout artist but would be very valuable in all fantasy leagues as a ground-ball artist in a pitcher-friendly home ballpark in Minnesota. Taylor Rogers and Blake Parker have been splitting the closing duties in the ninth inning, so the addition of Kimbrel would give the first-place squad an established ninth-inning arm for the remainder of the season. Both Keuchel and Kimbrel should be stashed in most leagues and could find homes this week.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
