Arizona Coyotes defenseman Troy Stecher has suffered a lower-body injury and won't be available for 4-6 weeks. He will miss his third game of the season on Monday against Pittsburgh. Stecher isn't a popular figure in fantasy hockey, but he has played a big part on the Coyotes blue line by registering 40 hits and 57 blocks in 42 games. He boasts the third-best plus/minus on the team with a plus-seven, though Stecher has tallied only five points (one goal, four assists). Juuso Valimaki, who's more of an offensive-minded defenseman, is set to enter the lineup in Stecher's absence on Monday as Arizona continues to use an extra defenseman. --Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
