Trevor Williams Allows Single Hit to Brewers
6 years agoPittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Trevor Williams threw seven scoreless innings Monday night against the Milwaukee Brewers. Williams struck-out seven, walked two, and allowed his only hit, a single to Jonathan Villar, in the fourth inning. According to Adam Berry, "He'd allowed 25 runs, 20 of which were earned, over his last 21 innings prior to Monday's gem." Williams will need a couple more good outings before he should be considered by fantasy owners.
