Trevor Cahill Activated And Sent To Bullpen
5 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels activated starting pitcher Trevor Cahill (elbow) from the injured list on Wednesday and will demote him to a bullpen role. Cahill, 31, has been terrible for the Halos in his first season with them, going 2-6 with a 7.18 ERA, 1.41 WHIP, 20 walks and 46 strikeouts in 57 2/3 innings over 11 starts and one relief appearance. He's allowed 16 home runs after giving up eight in 2018 in 20 starts and one relief outing. Cahill basically has no fantasy value left unless he is moved back into a starting role.
