Trea Turner Homers, Swipes Bag On Thursday
5 months agoPhiladelphia Phillies shortstop Trea Turner showed off his power/speed combination on Thursday, going 2-for-4 with a homer and a stolen base in a 5-1 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers. Turner added a walk, a run scored, and an RBI to round out a solid overall line. The 31-year-old five-category contributor has been on a bender in July, going 16-for-37 (.432) with 10 runs, six homers, 15 RBI, and two steals in nine games. After a rough 2023, Turner has returned to form as one of the best all-around players in fantasy. He should be viewed as a borderline first-round player again.
