Tre' Morgan Racking Up Hits In High-A
5 months agoTampa Bay Rays outfield prospect Tre' Morgan has been swinging a hot bat for High-A Bowling Green. Over his past two games, Morgan has collected back-to-back, four-hit performances. Morgan, 21, opened the season in Single-A Charleston, but has split his season between there and Bowling Green. Between both levels, Morgan has hit a combined .354 with 16 doubles, four homers, 36 RBI and 15 stolen bases. Morgan doesn't have the prototypical power of a traditional first baseman, but he provides a good eye at the plate and excellent defense. Outside of dynasty leagues. Morgan can be ignored for now as he is likely to be better real-life asset than fantasy asset moving forward.
