6 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Torrey Smith (knee), who officially did not practice on Wednesday, worked on the side for the first time in a month. It's progress for Smith, but he's still not expected to play in Week 11 against the Lions. In his absence, rookie D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel have seen more action, although they're both still boom-or-bust WR4/5 types for fantasy owners.
