Tony Pollard Restricted To 30 Plays?
2 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard is believed to be maxed out at 30 plays, according to the team's running back coach Skip Peete. Last week, Pollard played a total of 30 plays in the absence of Ezekiel Elliott (knee) during their Week 8 contest. It's worth noting that Pollard has never reached 20 touches in a game. The expectation is that he'll fall back to his normal role with Elliott back now. Fantasy managers will still be able to get value out of Pollard. However, his value is going to be somewhat limited, assuming the team continues to max him out at 30 plays. It's unlikely the Cowboys would need Pollard to play over 30 snaps while Elliott is healthy.
