Tommy Milone Dominates Mets on Wednesday
6 years agoWashington Nationals left-hander Tommy Milone threw a gem on Wednesday against the New York Mets. Milone outdueled Noah Syndergaard by throwing seven innings, allowing just three hits and one run to go along with nine strikeouts. Since being called up to pitch on July 6, the southpaw is 1-0 with a 3.00 ERA. Milone has struck out 15 batters in just 12 innings. If the lefty continues to flash some potential in future starts, he may be worth a look in deep leagues.
