Tommy Kahnle Shut Down From Throwing
2 years agoNew York Yankees relief pitcher Tommy Kahnle (biceps) has been shut down from throwing, according to manager Aaron Boone. The 33-year-old is dealing with right biceps tendinitis, so the team will have him take time off and hope the issue goes away. The right-hander has thrown in a total of 13 games over the last two seasons. He looked great during the 2019 season, but he hasn't truly been healthy since then. Hopefully, Kahnle can get over this issue and get back on the mound before Opening Day.
