10 months agoSan Jose Sharks center Tomas Hertl (lower body) will not dress for Tuesday's contest versus the visiting Seattle Kraken. The veteran temporarily left Saturday's game against the Sabres but did return in the third period to complete the contest. However, he took Monday's practice off, will not play Tuesday, and is listed as questionable for the second half of a back-to-back Wednesday in Anaheim. Considering how poor the Sharks' offense has been, Hertl's 15 goals and 34 points in 48 games this season can be considered a success. However, he doesn't shoot the puck much with just 113 shots on the season, and his minus-26 rating is a major killer for fantasy managers and is tied for the second-worst mark in the NHL. He could be moved prior to the trade deadline, a factor prospective fantasy managers will want to keep an eye on.--Brenton Kemp
