Tom Brady To Receive More Rest Days
2 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is finally going to get a designated rest day. The 45-year-old quarterback will sit out of practice on every Wednesday. The team will do this to help Brady stay healthy and to give backup quarterback Blaine Gabbert more reps. Gabbert would be asked to take over under center, assuming Brady goes down due to injury. This seems like a smart move by the Bucs to keep Brady rested and keep Gabbert prepared to play. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect this to impact Brady's fantasy value going forward.
