6 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady intends to play past 2019, the final year of his current contract. "I absolutely believe I will. I know I've talked about it for a long time: I have goals to not only play next year, but beyond that," Brady said in his weekly interview on Westwood One. The 41-year-old will play in his NFL-record-tying 14th Pro Bowl this year, but he hasn't been as good as previous seasons. He has 4,105 yards, 25 touchdowns and 11 interceptions on 537 attempts. The Pats leaned heavily on the running game in Week 16 and could do so again in the regular season finale against the Jets, making Brady more of a low-end QB1.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
