Todd Gurley Expected To Be Big Part Of Super Bowl
6 years agoLos Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay is expecting running back Todd Gurley (knee) to play a lot on Super Bowl Sunday against the Patriots. “He’s gonna be a big part of this game," McVay said. It's hard to take McVay for his word after Gurley touched the ball just five times in the NFC Championship win over the Saints, and he hasn't really looked right in two playoff games after missing the last two games of the regular season. But Gurley has also had two extra weeks of rest and he should be able to do more this weekend. Still, he's a sizable DFS risk for his hefty price, especially when C.J. Anderson has been more than adequate since Gurley initially suffered the knee injury.
