7 years agoThe Minnesota Timberwolves are open to a potential buyout with guard/forward Shabazz Muhammad, according to owner Glen Taylor. Muhammad was reportedly hopeful that he would be waived or traded before the deadline "He would like to get with a team that he could put in more minutes and show his skill set. We have given the OK that if he finds such a team he can go to and wants to walk away, [he can] get out of our contract," Taylor said. Muhammad is not currently part of the 'Wolves rotation and likely won't be unless an injury occurs. He could have some fantasy value in deeper leagues if he does leave Minnesota.
