Tim Anderson Slashes .300/.330/.390 In June
3 years agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson consistently reached base over the course of June. Over 24 games, he slashed 300/.330/.390. He only managed to hit one home run, but he racked up five stolen bases and 12 runs. Anderson has a career-best 42.9% hard-hit rate on the year. However, his average launch angle is down from 6.7 degrees last year to 2.4 degrees this year and his barrel rate is down from 10.1% last year to 5.9% this year. He should continue to give fantasy managers a solid boost in batting average and stolen bases, but his power output may continue to lag.
