Tim Anderson Dealing With Sore Shoulder
1 year agoChicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson (shoulder) exited during the fourth inning of Saturday's game against the Seattle Mariners with shoulder soreness. He went 0-for-1 with a walk before leaving. According to White Sox manager Pedro Grifol, Anderson could return Sunday. "Tim, his shoulder got a little sore, I think he did it pregame out there stretching, throwing, and he toughed it out for three innings," said Grifol. "It's cold out here. He toughed it out, and the evaluations were good. He's day to day, and we'll see how he wakes up tomorrow." Anderson is considered day-to-day. Zach Remillard replaced Anderson on Saturday and went 3-for-3 with two RBI in Saturday's win. Remillard would see an uptick in at-bats if Anderson were to miss any additional time.
