Tigers Add Christin Stewart

The Detroit Tigers called up outfield prospect Christin Stewart from Triple-A Toledo on Sunday. Stewart was the team's first-round pick in 2015 and will be the everyday left fielder for the final three weeks, according to manager Ron Gardenhire. However, Stewart isn't starting on Sunday. Detroit also called up catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia and reliever Zac Reininger. Stewart, the team's No. 6 prospect, hit .264/.364/.480 in 522 plate appearances with Toledo this year, including 23 home runs and 77 RBI. He'll immediately become fantasy relevant in deep mixed and AL-only leagues.
