Thomas Detry Heads To Familiar Le Golf National
4 months agoThomas Detry will be playing competitive golf at Le Golf National for the sixth time in his career, having made four cuts in five appearances on the DP World Tour, including one top-10 finish in 2019. The Belgium native is making his second Olympic appearance this week, as he did represent his country in Tokyo in 2020. Detry participated in just two majors this year, but he made strong showings in both, with a T4 finish at the PGA Championship followed by a T14 finish at the U.S. Open. When his game comes together, the 31-year-old can score in a hurry, which benefits him at what should be a scorer's track, considering the Paris course needs to hold up for back-to-back events in a two-week span. Detry's price seems inflated at $8,300 on DraftKings, but above average form and course history are in his favor this week.
