6 years agoDespite the fact that Texas Rangers starting pitcher Cole Hamels has struggled in his last five starts, sources said there remains interest in him on the trade market. The veteran southpaw has been shelled for 25 earned runs over 22 innings in his last five starts for an ERA of 10.23. It's gotten to the point where you might have to bench him in mixed leagues moving forward. Overall, he's 5-9 with a 4.72 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 9.0 K/9. A trade and a change of scenery couldn't hurt his fantasy stock at this point, but he can block a trade to all but 10 teams.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
