Los Angeles Angels outfielder Taylor Ward left Friday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies after injuring himself while attempting a diving catch in the fifth inning. Ward went down awkwardly while trying to make the catch after going 1-for-3 in the game before the injury. He was replaced in the outfield by Juan Lagares. Ward is hitting .333 with 10 homers, 30 runs, and 26 RBI on the season. Look for the Angels to update his status following Friday night's game.--Matt Terelle
