Taylor Moton, Panthers Agree To Four-Year, $72 Million Deal
3 years agoCarolina Panthers right tackle Taylor Moton has agreed to a four-year, $72 million deal with the club Thursday. The deal includes $43 million guaranteed and ensures that Moton- who was PFF's highest-graded right tackle in 2020- avoids the franchise tag and nets a big payday. That's good news for Carolina's offense, particularly for both All-Pro back Christian McCaffrey and new signal-caller Sam Darnold, who should both benefit from the stability Moton brings to the otherwise unspectacular Carolina offensive line.
