Tampa Has High Hopes For Breshad Perriman
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Breshad Perriman won't quite replace DeSean Jackson as the team's deep threat in 2019, but the Buccaneers are the "most excited about" Perriman among their offseason acquisitions. Perriman was a first-round bust for the Ravens and has a history of drops, but he looked good in the second half of the season with Cleveland and finished with 16 catches for 340 yards and two touchdowns, including an impressive 21.3 yards per catch. Head coach Bruce Arians loves speedy receivers, so Perriman has an opportunity to make some noise as a late-round sleeper in deeper leagues behind Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.
