9 months agoWashington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie is listed as week-to-week with an upper-body injury. The veteran departed a contest on Feb. 22 against the Tampa Bay Lightning and did not dress for Saturday's overtime loss to the Florida Panthers. "Obviously left the game and we'll continue to monitor him," Capitals head coach Spencer Carbery said. "I don't think this is a skating today or tomorrow situation, but I don't want to tell you anything definitive on timeline or anything like that. We'll just continue to monitor him." It's been a down season offensively for the 37-year-old as he has tallied 10 goals and 18 points across 38 games. The Capitals' overall offense has also dipped this season as they sit fifth in the Metropolitan Division with a 26-21-9 record.--Brenton Kemp
