T.J. Hockenson Good To Go For Week 10
5 years agoDetroit Lions rookie tight end T.J. Hockenson (head) was knocked out of the game momentarily in Week 9 against the Raiders, but he practiced in full on Wednesday and said there are no lasting effects from the hit. Hockenson was evaluated for a concussion after his head hit the grass, but head coach Matt Patricia said the rookie was cleared of any lingering injury. The eighth pick of the draft suffered a concussion against the Chiefs on Sept. 29. He was targeted seven times and caught three passes for 56 yards. The targets and yards were the most since a breakout season opener when he had six catches for 131 yards and two touchdowns against the Cardinals. The Bears, Detroit's Week 10 opponent, allow the sixth most fantasy points per week to tight ends, so Hockenson will be on the TE1/2 borderline.
